We use soft limits—we won't block your API or your customers if you exceed the included calls. If you consistently go over your limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs.
No, Nadles does not charge any transaction fees. You keep 100% of what your customers pay (minus standard payment processor fees from Stripe or Paddle). We only charge the flat monthly subscription fee.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining days in your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as SEPA direct debit for EU customers. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
